Conrad Walters "March,1712" "Nordheim,Wurttemberg,Germany" First Wife-unknown; Second Wife-Nancy Redman About 1768-69 Monongahela Valey Present-Day Fayette Co. Pennsylvania 1792 Kentucky "Conrad Walters along with his brother Jacob and their father whose name was Jacob also, arrived in the colonies at the port of Philadelphia, aboard the ships, the Loyal Judith and Mary,on September 25,26 1732.I have no information about them from the timespan between the initial arrival in 1732 until about the late 1760's. Conrad Walters and his second wife Nancy Redman were some of the first settlers to arrive in the Monongahela Valley of present-day southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia in the late 1760's. I have found evidence that they emigrated to this area from Loudoun County Virginia. At the time of their arrival in the Monongahela Valley in the late 1760's, the land deeds and court records were administered by West Augusta Co. Virginia and later by Monongalia Co. Virginia. Conrad Walters along with his wife Nancy and nine of his ten children emigrated to Kentucky in 1780. " walters@henderson.net
